Eel Jar: Traditional animation mixing character animation with different VFX.

Spooky Goo Eyes: Work exploring the viscosity and movement of gooey liquids.

VFXA Bubble Charm: Work inspired by an exercise done for VFX Apprentice.

Exploding Box: Work exploring timing and creating perspective in 2D space.

Window Explosion: Work exploring timing and directionality of explosion.

VFXA Sparkle: Work that style-matches VFX Apprentice exercise.

TV Eye Glitch: Small detail of a larger work with a simple eye and electronic distortion.

 

2D/3D CHARACTER ANIMATION

3D Jump: Work focusing on achieving natural movement and returning to the “neutral” position of character as is often needed in video games.

3D Zelda Run Cycle: Basic exercise in making a simple looping run cycle.

3D Stand: Basic character exercise .

2D Wolf Run Cycle: Realistic wolf run cycle done after studying some animation techniques from the Art of Aaron Blaise.

2D Dino Jump: Inspired Art of Aaron Blaise exercise of a jumping bear. Animation and movement is highly influenced by exercise.

2D Frog Scene: Traditional animation challenging me to complete an entire stylistic scene, including the interaction between character and FX animation.
